Our Mission, Vision & Principles

Our Mission Statement 

Our goal is to become the premier provider of veterinary medical care in the North County area.  We will do this by offering superior customer service and excellent patient care for the pet owner’s four legged and feathered family members.  Our caring and trained team of animal health care professionals will provide a complete range of medical, surgical, dental and ancillary services. We will always strive to exceed the pet’s care giver’s expectations. Promoting, fostering, and celebrating the human-animal bond, along with client education, will be keys to our success.

Our goal will be reached by developing a world class, full-service veterinary hospital designed to exceed the expectations of our clients and provide superior veterinary care for their beloved pets.

By combining the resources, experiences, and talents of our team members, we will create a synergy, which will allow us to continue to elevate our hospital to the highest level possible. The quality of our veterinary and ancillary care will be the standard to which other general veterinary hospitals will aspire. Our pet health care team will be dedicated to long-term pet health care and peace of mind for pet owners. Our practice is in the business of preserving and improving the quality of life of the pets our hospital serves.

We will provide complete, progressive veterinary and ancillary care to our patients and the pet care giver in an efficient manner. Our hospital will become a client learning center, which will educate the pet owning public and children on such matters as responsible pet ownership, pet health care, the human-companion animal bond, and ecological matters that affect us all.

Our vision is that of a veterinary practice built by motivated people who want to make a difference and who will elevate the way veterinary medicine and pet care are offered to the pet care giver and who will share in the financial success of the company. We will encourage a learning environment that will stimulate our teams to elevate pet care to a level not yet imagined. We will build a practice of highly devoted and talented doctors, nurses, and client service representatives (CSRs), pet care specialists (PCS’s) and ancillary pet care. We are devoted to the advancement of the veterinary medical profession and strive to create a challenging and outstanding career opportunity for our staff members.

To cultivate long-term client relationships and provide peace of mind and exceptional value for our clients by providing for a lifetime of excellent and complete pet health care. We will position ourselves as an advocate for the pet and will do everything possible to ensure the pet is receiving the highest quality care available. By listening to them and offering excellent client service, we can provide for their needs and wants in a responsive, reliable and empathetic manner. We understand that the clients’ perception of our performance determines the value they place on our services and exceeding their expectations will create strong client loyalty. It is this client loyalty that ultimately pays our salaries.
