Reception Area

In the reception area, you will be greeted by our friendly, caring Customer Service Representatives. We have a computerized paperless medical record system. Because your pet’s complete medical file can be accessed at any computer within our hospital, it allows our team to have ready access to every patient’s file. This translates into higher quality medical care for your pet and better service for you, the pet’s care giver. Also, when needed, the records can be electronically sent to a specialist or emergency center. While you are waiting, you can learn about any number of pet related health issues from our vast library of Client Education materials. Or you may wish to inquire about the diets, vitamins and other products that we carry for our patients. Though sometimes, it is just fun to sit and marvel at the many different types of dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles and, sometimes, even wildlife, that come through the reception area. |
