Surgical Suite

As with any full service veterinary hospital, the surgical suite is a very important part of Mission Animal & Bird Hospital. Our skilled surgeons perform a variety of soft tissue, orthopedic and dental surgeries, as well as spays and neuters. For extremely sophisticated surgeries, we will even bring in a board certified surgeon so that we are sure that your pet is getting the best care possible.
Patient safety during anesthesia and surgery is of paramount importance. That is why there is always a trained nurse with the doctor and patient during surgery. Only the safest anesthetics are used. Also, we employ state-of-the-art monitoring equipment so that our surgical team can track the ECG, respiration, blood pressure, temperature and oxygen levels.
